COURSE DESCRIPTION: Students will explore Old and New Testament references to baptism, the historical origins of infant baptism, the relationship between salvation and baptism, as well as purpose and relevance of baptism for the 21st century believer.

A biblical view of Believer’s Baptism
Why was Jesus baptized?
Is baptism a condition for salvation?
Is baptism a personal choice, relative to the culture of a church, or a biblical command?
YOU WILL GAIN SPECIFIC UNDERSTANDING AND PERSONAL APPLICATION FOR:
Your own personal thought process and decisions regarding baptism.
After the course, students will be given the opportunity to be baptized in a special baptism ceremony just for CSM students and their family and friends.
